Stephen is an amazing realtor to work with! As first time home buyer the whole process seemed daunting but Stephen was there to help guide us through every step of the way! He is quick, responsive, and super knowledgeable. He was able to point out details in homes that I would have never noticed. During our escrow process Stephen constantly checked in with us and made sure we were on track to close. He is ridiculous patient; he helped explain documents that I could initially make no sense of. 30 days after we received our mortgage pre-approval we were able to search, find a house we loved, and close escrow.
