I first met Stephen Austin after looking online at some houses. I indicated that I was interested in seeing a house. Stephen never pressured us to become his client but his extensive knowledge of the local markets and his patience made it clear to us that we could find no better realtor than Stephen. If you are looking for a Real Estate Agent who genuinely cares and is there for your best interest, Stephen is your guy! He helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home. As you know, buying your first home can definitely be a scary and stressful process, but my experience turned out quite opposite. Stephen made the process as smooth as can be. I loved how he was not the type to just push to make a quick sale. In fact, he actually encouraged my fiancé and I to slow down and reminded us that there is no rush. Stephen was extremely helpful every step of the way. This was our first time selling our home and he went above and beyond from start to end. Stephen is an amazing realtor to work with! As first time home buyer the whole process seemed daunting but Stephen was there to help guide us through every step of the way! He is quick, responsive, and super knowledgeable. He was able to point out details in homes that I would have never noticed. During our escrow process Stephen constantly checked in with us and made sure we were on track to close. He is ridiculous patient; he helped explain documents that I could initially make no sense of. 30 days after we received our mortgage pre-approval we were able to search, find a house we loved, and close escrow.
