As you know, buying your first home can definitely be a scary and stressful process, but my experience turned out quite opposite. Stephen made the process as smooth as can be. I loved how he was not the type to just push to make a quick sale. In fact, he actually encouraged my fiancé and I to slow down and reminded us that there is no rush. He definitely knows how to scope out homes and point out positives, negatives, and deal breakers when looking at homes. He also made sure to point out whether or not the potential neighborhood appeared safe or sketchy and to make sure it was a safe and overall good fit for our family. He has excellent communication and gives awesome advice. There was a moment where I got cold feet and questioned if I was making the right decision (I tend to over think). So I shared how I was feeling and Stephen was able to pinpoint the source of my cold feet and reassure me that my feelings were valid and that there was no pressure in making an offer. In the end, I made the offer and Stephen was able to guide us the whole way through. Out of the many offers the seller received, they chose US thanks to Stephen’s awesome advice and guidance throughout the entire process. Not once did I ever feel I was left in the dark questioning. Stephen communicated and explained every step of the way and openly answered any questions that arose.
