Stephen never pressured us to become his client but his extensive knowledge of the local markets and his patience made it clear to us that we could find no better realtor than Stephen. Once we signed with Stephen, he was hard at work. He coached us in all of the steps necessary to show the house. He gave us great referrals to service providers and tips for staging the house. When the roofing company delayed returning a signed contract, Stephen went to their office (during the height of COVID) to get that document. Our house sold in just a few days--even before the first formal scheduled showing--and for more than our asking price. Stephen even shared great ideas for making our move to Arizona and for searching for a new house in Arizona.
